More details on Dr. Sammy Noumbissi

Dr. Sammy Noumbissi bioDr. Noumbissi obtained his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Howard University in Washington DC. He was then selected to attend the prestigious Loma Linda University Graduate Program in Implant Dentistry. There he received three years of formal training in implant dentistry which culminated with a Certificate in Implant Dentistry and a Master of Science Degree in Implant Surgery.

He has published abstracts, scientific research and clinical reports in peer reviewed dental journals namely The Journal of Oral Implanvology, the Journal of Advanced Clinical Dentistry, Dentistry and Medical Research Journal and the Journal of Dental Research. He lectures nationally and internationally on the topic of metal free and ceramic implantology. His areas of research focuses on bioceramics, their uses as regenerative, implant and restorative material in dental implantology. He is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Advanced and Clinical Dentistry and a reviewer for the Journal of Oral Implantology. Dr Noumbissi is the founder of the International Academy of Ceramic Implantology (www.iaoci.com) and practices metal free implantology in Silver Spring, Maryland USA.
