Dr. Middelhof is actively involved in the following charitable and community related organizations:

• HOPE Outreach Center, Inc. (Provides donations as well as education for under-served kids about oral health. HOPE stands for "Helping Other People Everyday."  Their many programs and services offer a hand up to people who are unable to make ends meet due to job losses, disabilities, health crises, and other emergencies.)
• Amigos Center (Volunteers to help the under-served community in Immokalee, FL to get healthy smiles.)
• Promise Church (Volunteers to help increase oral health literacy and access to preventive and restorative care among under-served populations.)

More details on Dr. Annette Middelhof:

Dr. Middelhof earned her DMD in 1999 from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. Upon graduation she spent two years in New York City doing advanced training in Dental Medicine and General Dentistry in hospitals affiliated with Cornell University and Cornell Medical Center. After this training she obtained her license to practice dentistry in the state of New York.

Dr. Middelhof then moved back to Puerto Rico and opened her own dental practice. After getting married, she and her husband Christophe decided to move to Plantation, Fl where she took the Florida Dental Board in order to practice dentistry in Florida. After working as an associate for two years she opened her own practice - Enchanting Dentistry in 2007.  Her goal was and still is to provide life changing dentistry and an unique patient experience to ensure that every patient ends their treatment fully enchanted with the experience.
